During August 2021, Go Golspie were successful in receiving funding which allowed us to advertise for and recruit a development manager. We would like to thank all applicants and following interview, we have selected Catherine Moodie as the successful applicant.
Catherine has an extensive background in community development and fundraising and it is hoped that she will be
starting with us on 15th November 2021.
August and September also saw changes within the structure of the Go Golspie Board membership, with Valerie Gale stepping down as Chair after almost 4 years in post along with the resignation of Fergus Morrison, our advisor and “critical friend”.
We have also been most fortunate to recruit two members to the board, Heather Smith and Kirsty McNamara, who we hope will enjoy their time with us and bring many new ideas along the way.
