Admin Assistant
Part-time 12 hours per week
12 months fixed term contract
Salary £11.50 per hour
Go Golspie are looking to employ a part-time Admin Assistant on a one-year fixed term contract which will, depending on funding, continue beyond the contracted period.
The successful applicant will support the Development Manager and Transport Administrator on a range of activities focusing particularly on our Community Transport such as taking bookings, liaising with volunteer drivers and preparing invoices as well as a range of other administrative duties, including engaging with the local community groups and the wider public to help the trust to build its capacity and become more self-sufficient in the future.
The post is based in the Go Golspie Office at Alba, Main Street Golspie, however working at other locations in the Golspie area will also be required.
It is expected that the successful applicant will attend occasional evening and weekend meetings as required to suit the business of the organisation.
Good communication and IT skills are required as is the ability to work as a member of the Go Golspie Team.
