The Go Golspie Development Trust is very grateful to have a great team of dedicated Volunteers without whom it would be very difficult to offer the services which benefit the community so much.
Currently there are 56 Volunteers comprising:- 24 Minibus and 17 Car drivers, 6 Board Members, 1 Board Advisor, 3 Community Cinema sub-group volunteers, 2 FRH volunteers, 1 Community Food Volunteer and 1 Lunch Club Volunteer and 1 Tourism/Social Media volunteer.
The car driver Volunteers provide a crucial service to those in the village who are without transport. The journeys are often to the hospitals in Inverness (Raigmore and the National Treatment Centre) and Wick as well as local journeys to the doctors, dentists and opticians.
